NK Works, imaging business divison of Noritsu Koki Group, released an iPhone application on December 17. This new application is called Qualipic Camera, and it is powered by Noritsu’s highly acclaimed AccuSmart image processing technology.

Noritsu CT-RS Kiosks now support iPhone print service

NK Works, imaging business divison of Noritsu Koki Group, has developed software for kiosks and consumer terminals that enables customers to make prints from their iPhones at retail.

A software upgrade for the consumer terminal is necessary to support input form iPhones.

Noritsu has divested Lucidiom Inc.

We would like to announce that Noritsu America Corporation (“Noritsu”) has divested Lucidiom Inc. (“Lucidiom”) by transferring all of its Lucidiom shares to the present Lucidiom management (the “transaction”).

Noritsu and Lucidiom will ensure that both companies will continue to service their respective customers as they have done to date. This means that Noritsu’s customers will not see any changes that result from the transaction.

Customers who have service contracts with Noritsu Australia will not be invited for renewal. Please contact Lucidiom for all the technicial support enquiries.

NK Works Established

We are pleased to announce that NK Works, Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter “NK Works”) was established within the Noritsu group today according to schedule, as the resolution for this action was approved in the shareholder’s meeting held on January 19, 2011.

NK Works will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Noritsu Koki and it will continue to be the core company in the Noritsu group, and just as in the past it will promote its businesses under the Noritsu brand name, with the Imaging Business as its core business.

NK Works is determined to continue the Noritsu tradition of innovation, high quality, and professional service; and we look forward to serving our customers under this tradition as we endeavor to push forward and produce positive results that fuel growth for the entire Noritsu group.
